Christina Sue Habekott
June 11, 1977 - November 10, 2001
 

Services for Christina Sue Habekott, 24, of Locust Grove, were held Tuesday, November 13, 2001, at 11am in the Markham Ferry Apostolic Church, Locust Grove.  Rev. Jess Dinsmore officiated, with interment following in the Rose Cemetery.  Services were under the direction of the Locust Grove Funeral Home.

Christina was born June 11, 1977, in Canadian, TX, to Rhonda Sue (Conn) and Clayton Habekott.  She came to the Rose and Locust Grove area as a very young child and lived here most of her life.  She loved music; she was always happy and enjoyed life.  She was loved and spoiled by everyone who knew her.  She loved butterflies, toys, and playing with her Barbies.  She liked books, and loved to be read to.  She enjoyed traveling, and she happened to be a whiz at slots.  She dearly loved her grandmother, who cared for Christina since the death of her mother in 1997.

She passed from this life on Saturday, November 10, 2001, in Tulsa.  She is survived by her father Larry Turner of Rose; grandmother Willa Fitch of Locust Grove; brother Chris and wife Tonya Cramer of Locust Grove; sister Melanie and husband Terry Brown of Tulsa; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her mother Sue Turner, and grandfather Ray Fitch.
